Warwick is a leader in the architectural profession with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He recently retired, after 8 years, as the Chair of the NZ Registered Architects Board having previously held other senior governance roles in the profession. A founding Director of Team Architects, Warwick plays a key role in the ongoing administration and management of our companies.


His specialist skills are in project management, quality assurance and the motivation of project teams. His architectural experience is in the wider commercial and hospitality sector with a wealth of expertise in the senior care and living sector with a particular speciality in design for dementia.


Warwick also has expertise in space planning, hotel and office fit-out projects. He acts as expert witness and consultant on weather-tightness projects and teaches Professional Practice and Management part-time in the Masters degree programme at Victoria University of Wellington.


As well as roles in both government and private sectors as a director, Warwick has held numerous roles in the community being closely connected with Scouts and Rotary. He is presently chair of the Trustees of the Scout Youth Foundation and also chairs the management board of the Scouts Wellington outdoor education facility known as Brookfield.
