Not all projects are big. This small scale interior refurbishment is a testament to what a little colour co-ordination and design can do to brighten and refresh a space. The Connolly Hall community centre at the top of Hill Street underwent an interior make over alongside the temporary bracing works at the adjacent Sacred Heart Cathedral. New carpet and paint help to give new life to the once aging hall. Pops of colour brighten the bathrooms while the crisp, bright walls in the main hall are comforted by the deep blues that ground the space.
