The brief for the Palairet House located on Bluff Hill was to redesign the existing house to suit the clients needs in their retirement. With a sleek modern look desired for the exterior, the residence was transformed to incorporate a new Garage and Bedroom suite on the lower floor and a extended Living area, new Master Bedroom suite, new Kitchen and refurbished main Bathroom on the First Floor. Along with a new large deck and high level swimming Pool with views over Napier.
Interior planning emphasizes the indoor - outdoor style of living, totally suited to the location in Hawke’s Bay.
