The Tūapapa luxury apartment complex is making good progress in Palmerston North, with 8 apartments in Stage One due for completion in mid 2023, after two years of consenting and Covid delays.
The prominent Ruahine Street development has generated a high level of interest since the original five villas and bungalows were offered to the public for free. Designed to service the high-end market, the development is the first luxury apartment complex built in the city since the 1990s.
The developer, Centiare Ltd, advises that 50% of the apartments in Stage One have been pre-sold, with strong interest for the remaining Stage One and future Stage Two apartments. Each apartment features 3+ bedrooms including a ground floor accessible suite, open plan living, single car garage plus carpark and two outdoor living areas.
