Team Architects

This was a further development of the 10 pin bowling alley to create the new Strike Entertainment Centre in Lower Hutt. The challenge from Bowland Ltd was to accommodate 24 bowling lanes, a laser gaming facility, corporate facilities and support functions, within a leased warehouse-style space, at the same time  delivering the wow factor required to achieve a commercially successful facility. To maximize the space a mezzanine carrying half of the 24 bowling lanes was created. The mezzanine has assisted to define areas for group and private parties as well as leaving plenty of room for the serious league players. The entertainment experience has been enhanced with the use of colour, texture and lighting in both the bar and bowling lane areas.
